How did you get involved in bodybuilding?
First it was for stress relief. Then after a while it just became a part of life.
What was your training schedule for the 2009 Junior Nationals?
Typical bodybuilding boy part split, except I managed to have two leg days a week.
A few weeks out from show day dead lifts were taken out of the rotation.
Who helped you the most in preparing for the 2009 Junior Nationals? Include how this individual helped you.
My good buddy and fellow competitor Brett Freeman. He basically ran my diet for me, despite me constantly messing up.

Umm... first place at Baltimore for Bantam weight class.
Any hobbies?
Snowboarding, soccer, rock climbing.

I want to be lean and around 160-165 lbs.

Just having fun. I have no intentions of becoming a natural pro or attempting to.
