I lift 4-6 to six times a week in conjunction with my cardio which alternates between running and swimming.

My training partner, Nate Asch, helped the most with my weight training and supporting me at the competitions. Many company mates at the Naval Academy also gave me an incredible amount of support while prepping for contests.
