How did you get involved in bodybuilding?
I was approached by my coach to do a show. I was not happy about it at first, but then I agreed. I have been hooked since.
What was your training schedule for the 2009 Junior Nationals?
Cardio 6x a week in the AM for 60 mins. Training 6x a week for 60-90 mins at night.
Who helped you the most in preparing for the 2009 Junior Nationals? Include how this individual helped you.
Glenn Nowland. He was my prep coach and motivator. He helped with my posing, dieting, and tanning.

No one particular.
Highlight of Career?
Winning the overall novice.
Surfing, Skating, Cooking.

Anything ma-dukes cooks up!
Long Term Bodybuilding Ambitions?
My long term ambitions would be able to spin this into a career. Whether it is with cooking for athletes and helping prep for shows, or being a pro and making money that way.
